I’m offering a four-week Introduction to Meditation class on Tuesday evenings starting April 9. Meditation doesn’t take any special equipment, require that you join a group, or sit in a funny position. It just takes you! Come and learn how to live more fully in the present with greater clarity, ease, and compassion.
